Per group. One payment covers all members of your buying group, whether that's two people or four. There are no per-member charges on top of the group fee.
Matching is free and requires no payment information. You pay only when your group is ready to upgrade to Structured or Complete. The charge is a one-time payment at the point your group selects a tier.
Yes. If your group starts on Structured and later wants the exit term builder and agreement drafting, you can upgrade at any time by paying the difference. No work already done in the equity calculator is lost.
The Complete tier generates a first-draft document covering ownership percentages, payment responsibilities, maintenance cost allocation, exit triggers, buyout formula, first right of refusal, and forced-sale conditions.
